Refunds/Exchanges Policy  EFFECTIVE APRIL 17, 2022


Our policy lasts 20 days, for store credit gift card only.

Sale items are not eligible for refund. EXCHANGES ONLY.

After 20 days, refunds and/or exchange of your items will not be honored.

Returning Your Product

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Must have proof of purchase via delivery receipt or printed order confirmation receipt.

We will not cover any associated costs with your return whether it is shipping or customs charge.

Customer will receive a return label via email, refund the original purchase for store credit, so that the customer can purchase [with store credit] at the customer's convenience.

Non eligible returns:

  • Items with obvious signs of use (any items purchased from the store)
  • Not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days AFTER delivery

Please make sure whatever product you order you firstly double check your pets size neck, chest, feet, as we will not accept returns or refunds based on incorrectly measured sizes at the point of order.

Massive Mastiffs will not be liable for the following :

Delayed shipment of the orders in the following situations: the shipment was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of force majeure such as epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow. However, we will notify you via email, text, or online chat.

Stolen items: We do not cover any stolen items that have been successfully delivered.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
